Pemberdayaan Karakter Tanggung Jawab Sosial Siswa SD Dalam Membangun Lingkungan Sehat

Sebagai bagian dari harapan masa depan bangsa dan anggota masyarakat, membangun karakter tanggung jawab social (personal social responsibility-PSR) dan peduli pada lingkungan bersih pada siswa SD perlu dilakukan melalui sinergi tiga pusat pendidikan yaitu sekolah, keluarga dan komunitas. Jalur pendidikan nonformal dalam membangun terutama domain kognitif dan afektif dilakukan dalam program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) memilih tempat di desa Bojong Menteng, yang juga merupakan daerah potensi wisata. Tujuan PKM adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan memotivasi siswa SD mengenai peduli pada lingkungan sehat dan pentingnya karakter tanggung jawab social individu untuk menjaganya serta mendorong mereka memiliki rencana-rencana dalam menciptakan lingkungan sehat. Hasil pengabdian membuat peserta memiliki keterlibatan yang aktif. Rencana-rencana yang disampaikan siswa SD yang terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut menunjukkan gagasan yang beragam, minat untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan PSR menciptakan lingkungan sehat dalam kapasitas yang peserta itu sendiri mampu, juga sangat kreatif dan variatif. Jumlah siswa SD yang menyampaikan minat untuk berkontribusi juga cukup banyak. Diharapkan meski pendekatan kognitif dan afektif lebih difokuskan, namun mengingat rencana-rencana yang disampaikan sangat baik dan variatif, diharapkan siswa mewujudkannya di ranah implementatif (psikomotorik).References
