Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen pembelajaran untuk merangsang kreativitas seni pada anak usia prasekolah, dengan peningkatan kesadaran akan urgensi pengembangan kreativitas pada tahap awal kehidupan anak. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menyelidiki kontribusi manajemen pembelajaran dalam membentuk atmosfer belajar yang memfasilitasi imajinasi dan kreativitas. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah analisis literatur dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber ilmiah yang terdapat di basis data Google Scholar, yang mencakup peninjauan terhadap teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan manajemen pembelajaran serta kreativitas seni anak. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode seperti pembelajaran berorientasi proyek, pembelajaran interaktif, dan integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran memberikan efek yang menguntungkan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berkreasi dalam seni pada anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan relevansi pendekatan manajemen pembelajaran dalam mendukung pertumbuhan kreativitas pada masa awal perkembangan anak. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga memberikan arahan praktis bagi para pengajar dan orang tua untuk memberdayakan pertumbuhan bakat seni pada anak di masa krusial ini, dengan aspirasi untuk menyumbang nilai penting dalam pendidikan prasekolah.
